Welcome to Velocity AI. In these Terms of Service, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Velocity AI. Velocity AI owns and operates this website, online store, memberships, educational programs, consulting and advisory services, coaching, community features, live sessions, digital tools, downloadable materials, and all related products and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By browsing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, enrolling in a membership, subscribing, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence or, where permitted by law, that you have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Velocity AI offers educational resources, digital products, consulting and advisory services, coaching, online communities, live sessions, customer support, and technology-assisted tools for the visual study of financial markets through supported platforms, including TradingView when applicable.
All information, materials, tools, and services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing offered by Velocity AI should be considered financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, profit, performance level, or financial outcome. Examples, charts, screenshots, market observations, educational commentary, case studies, and testimonials are presented only for illustration and education.
3. Products, Plans, and Membership Access
Velocity AI may offer products and services such as:
• Monthly memberships
• Annual memberships
• Digital courses and educational materials
• Private community access
• Live educational sessions
• Market visualization and analysis tools
• Downloadable or streamed content
• Consulting and advisory services
• Coaching sessions

4. Orders and Purchase Acceptance
Submitting an order, purchasing access, or enrolling in a subscription constitutes an offer to buy the selected product or service.
Velocity AI may approve, reject, limit, or cancel an order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and we have confirmed the purchase, subscription, or access.
You are responsible for reviewing all product details, prices, billing terms, and order information before completing your purchase.
Once digital content, membership benefits, or account access has been delivered, the purchase may not be canceled except as specifically permitted under our Refund Policy or applicable law.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Automatic Renewals
When you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize Velocity AI and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information. You must update this information promptly whenever it changes.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year.
To avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel before the next scheduled billing date.
You may manage or cancel future renewals through your account, the available subscription portal, or by contacting our support team. A cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are governed by the Velocity AI Refund Policy.
Because our offerings may include digital content, educational materials, subscriptions, memberships, professional services, consulting, coaching, and access-based products, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been activated, digital delivery has started, a session has been reserved, or a service has been partially or fully performed.
You should carefully review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
7. Digital Services and Physical Products
Unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise, Velocity AI primarily provides digital products and services.
Standard memberships and digital purchases do not include physical shipping. Any physical item offered separately will be subject to the terms and shipping details shown on the applicable product page.
8. Educational and Informational Purposes
Velocity AI is an educational platform. No statement, chart, session, tool, alert, example, or material provided through the Services should be understood as a direct recommendation or instruction to purchase, sell, hold, enter, or exit any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the information presented and for any decision or action you take based on that information.
Your use of market-related content, educational tools, charts, live sessions, indicators, or other materials is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
9. No Brokerage, Custody, or Account Management
Velocity AI does not:

• Manage customer funds or investment portfolios
• Hold or custody financial assets
• Supervise brokerage or exchange accounts

10. Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Software
Certain parts of the Services may depend on, connect with, or reference third-party platforms, websites, applications, or tools, including TradingView, Shopify, payment processors, and other service providers.
Your use of third-party platforms may be governed by separate terms, policies, fees, and conditions imposed by those providers.
Velocity AI does not control and is not responsible for the operation, security, availability, accuracy, content, policies, or performance of any third-party platform.
Your use of third-party products and services is undertaken at your own risk.
11. Shopify Services
Our online store may be hosted or supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to offer certain Services.
Any purchase made through the Velocity AI store is a transaction directly between you and Velocity AI. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for the products, memberships, content, access, support, or services provided by Velocity AI.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property made available through the Services belongs to Velocity AI or its licensors.
Protected materials include, without limitation:
• Business names and branding
• Logos and trademarks
• Website copy and layouts
• Graphics and visual designs
• Videos and recordings
• Charts and market visuals
• Digital tools and software-related content
• Courses and educational materials
• Downloads, guides, and documents

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial right to use the Services for your own individual purposes.

13. Community Standards and User Conduct
When participating in community areas, group chats, live sessions, comments, discussions, or other interactive features, you must behave lawfully and respectfully.
You may not:
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse any person
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene content
• Send spam or promote unrelated products or services
• Solicit members without authorization
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Disclose another member’s private information without permission
• Post content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• Disrupt live sessions, discussions, chats, or community activities
• Attempt to manipulate, damage, or interfere with the Services
Velocity AI may remove content, limit participation, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access when these standards are violated.
14. User Feedback and Submissions
When you submit comments, ideas, suggestions, reviews, testimonials, feedback, or similar materials, you grant Velocity AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display those submissions for purposes related to operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Services.
This license applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Restricted and Prohibited Activities
The Services may be used only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You may not use the Services:

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
16. Service Availability and Modifications
Velocity AI may revise, update, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Changes may affect pricing, content, features, membership structures, tools, live session schedules, product availability, educational materials, or platform access.
We do not guarantee that any specific Service, feature, tool, content item, or session will remain available indefinitely.
Velocity AI is not responsible for temporary or permanent interruptions, delays, maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or modifications to the Services.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services, products, memberships, tools, and content are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Velocity AI makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Services.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, free of errors, or suitable for your individual needs.
We disclaim all warranties permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, ownership, title, and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velocity AI and its owners, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages connected with:

Shopify and other third-party service providers may process certain personal information when providing ecommerce, payment, hosting, analytics, or operational services.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy related to them will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velocity AI is headquartered, without applying conflict-of-law principles.
23. Severability

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

They replace any previous or contemporaneous discussions, understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
