Careers at Velocity Ai

we're hiring
high-ticket closers

We're building out the US sales floor for Velocity Bot™ and Indicator-Velocity™. This application is long on purpose. We hire on proof, not on promises — so bring numbers you can back up and you'll be done in one sitting.

Native Spanish · fully remote $1,497 – $4,900 tickets Commission based, paid weekly
Read this before you start. Every call runs in Spanish — our buyers are Spanish-speaking traders living in the United States. You can be based anywhere in the world, as long as your Spanish is native-level and you're reliably online during US market hours. If that isn't you, don't fill out the form — we won't process it.
The Role

what you'd actually
do here

01.

take booked calls

Spanish-speaking US traders land on your calendar from paid traffic and our organic channels. No cold lists, no dialing strangers — your job starts when someone has already raised their hand.

02.

sell something real

Velocity Bot connects to a live broker account and runs. Indicator-Velocity is on the charts every day. You're demoing software the prospect can watch working, not a promise about the future.

03.

own your pipeline

Deals rarely close on call one. You run your own follow-up, keep your CRM clean and know your numbers before we ask for them.

The Offer

Everything you'd normally have to ask about in the third interview.

What you sell
Bot, Indicator & Pro Kit

Annual and lifetime licences plus bundles. Recurring and one-off, so there's more than one way to close a call.

Ticket range
USD $1,497 – $4,900

Most of the volume sits on the annual and lifetime plans. Entry offers exist but they're not where you make your month.

Call flow
8 – 15 qualified calls a day

Volume scales with ad spend. Show-up rate is tracked and shared with the floor every week.

Pay
Commission based, weekly

No base, no cap. Rate is confirmed on the interview call once we've seen your numbers.

Earning potential
USD $6,000 – $15,000+ / mo

Potential, not a guarantee. It moves with your close rate, your follow-up and how many calls you can hold at quality.

Schedule
Remote · 9:00 – 18:00 EST

Monday to Friday on US Eastern time. Work from anywhere in the world — what matters is being online when our buyers are.

Language
Every call in Spanish

Our buyers are Spanish-speaking traders living in the US. You need native or fully fluent Spanish. English only matters for internal comms and product docs.

Read This First

don't apply if
this is you

We'd rather lose you here than three weeks into onboarding.

  • ×You can't run an entire closing call in native-level Spanish, objections included.
  • ×Your timezone won't let you be online on US Eastern hours, or your internet drops mid-call.
  • ×You've never closed a ticket above $1,000. This isn't the room to learn that in.
  • ×Your results only exist as a screenshot you can't walk us through line by line.
  • ×You need a base salary to show up. Commission is the whole model here.
  • ×You're looking for sales training. We coach on product and on offer — not on how to hold a call.
  • ×You think a good tool sells itself. Traders are the most sceptical buyers on the internet.
The Process

four steps,
about ten days

01.

application

The form below. Every submission gets read by a human — that's exactly why it's this long.

02.

scorecard

We score your numbers against the proof you attached. Shortlist hears back within 5 business days.

03.

interview

Thirty minutes with the sales lead, in Spanish. Bring your metrics — we'll go through them together.

04.

mock call & offer

You close one of us on the Velocity offer, in Spanish. Pass it and you're on the floor the following Monday.

Application received

we've got it

Your application is in. We read every single one. If your numbers and your proof check out, you'll get an email within 5 business days. If two weeks pass with nothing, it was a no this round.

No need to send it again — a second application doesn't move you up the list.

Application

apply to
the velocity floor

Five steps, about fifteen minutes. Answer honestly — every claim gets checked against your proof.

Requirement, not a preference. Native-level Spanish and US market hours. Where you live doesn't matter. Prefer to fill this out in Spanish? Use the EN / ES switch at the top of the form.

Step 5 of 5
Last thing, and it's required. Record a 60-second video in Spanish and drop the link below — who you are, the deal you're proudest of, and why Velocity specifically. No script, one take, phone camera is fine. Loom, Drive or an unlisted YouTube link all work.

By applying you agree that we may contact you about this role. Your answers stay with the Velocity hiring team and are not shared with third parties.

Before You Apply

questions we get
every single week

Is there a base salary?
No. The role is commission based with weekly payouts and no cap. If you need a fixed salary to cover your month, this isn't the right seat and we'd rather you skip the form.
Do I need to know how to trade?
You need to understand the product well enough to be credible in front of a sceptical trader. We onboard you on the bot, the indicator and the offer in your first week. We don't teach you how to hold a call — that part you bring.
I live outside the US. Can I still apply?
Yes. The role is fully remote and we don't care which country you're in. What we do care about is that your Spanish is native-level and that your day can reliably overlap US Eastern hours — our buyers are Spanish-speaking traders living in the US, so you're selling into their schedule, not yours.
Do I need English too?
Not to sell. Every call, every follow-up and every objection happens in Spanish. English helps for internal comms, CRM notes and product documentation, but you're never closing in it.
Can I fill out the application in Spanish?
Yes. There's an EN / ES switch at the top of this page and another at the top of the form — flip either one and every question, option and button turns into Spanish. The rest of this page stays in English.
Why is the form this long?
Because it filters. Anyone can say they close. Very few people will sit down and attach the proof. The length is the first test.
When do I hear back?
Shortlisted applicants get an email within 5 business days. If two weeks pass with nothing, the answer was no this round.
I got rejected. Can I try again?
Yes, after 90 days — as long as you come back with new numbers and new proof.
Do you hire setters or media buyers too?
Occasionally, and always from the same pipeline. Apply here anyway and say so in the last question of step 4.

if you can close,
prove it

Fifteen minutes now, or another month selling someone else's offer. Native Spanish, fully remote, US market hours.
